Four things we hold to
- Plain English
- No jargon in the app or on the phone. If we need a word like SBI, we explain it.
- Honest about what's ready
- Every tool on this site is marked “Available now” or “Coming soon”. We don't show screens for things that aren't built.
- Your data stays yours
- We never sell farm data. You choose who sees your farm, and you can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted.
- Help from people
- Our UK team answers by phone and email, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Who writes our guides
Our blog and how-to guides are written by the AgriSync team. We don't name an author or reviewer unless that person really wrote or checked the piece.
Every fact about SFI, the RPA or other schemes links to its official source. That is usually GOV.UK or the Defra Farming blog. Each article shows the date we last checked those sources. We check them again when Defra publishes changes. How-to guides use the exact button names in AgriSync, with screens from a demo farm.
