Delete your AgriSync account

1. In the AgriSync Android app

1. Open AgriSync and sign in.
2. Tap your initials at the top of Home (or go to More), then Account and settings.
3. Tap Delete my account. The app shows exactly what will be deleted.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. You are signed out on every device and the app shows the date your data will be removed.

2. On the web

1. Sign in at app.agrisync.co.uk/settings.
2. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account and confirm.

3. No app or can't sign in? Email us

Email info@agrisync.co.uk from the email address on your account (or tell us the mobile number you sign in with), with the subject “Delete my AgriSync account”. We check it is really you before we delete anything, then confirm by email. We reply within one month, usually much sooner.

4. What is deleted, and when

• 30 days to change your mind. Deletion is scheduled for 30 days after you ask. You are signed out straight away. To cancel, email info@agrisync.co.uk before the date shown.
• Then it is permanent. After 30 days we erase your account: your name, email, phone number and sign-in details. If you are the only person in your farm account, the farm account goes too: farms, field outlines, photos and documents, field and spray records, SFI records, loads, marketplace listings and messages, prices and costs you entered.
• Shared farm accounts. If other people still use your farm account, only your own login and personal details are deleted; the farm’s records stay with the remaining members.
• What we keep. Security and audit logs are kept with your personal details removed, and records we must keep by law are kept for as long as the law requires.
• Backups. Our backups are overwritten within 30 days, so deleted data disappears from them too.
