Common questions
What can I do with Transport in AgriSync?
Post a load in five short steps: what, how much, from and to, when, and price. Offer a haulage rate if you like. Your sale price stays private, so only your farm sees it. Hauliers on AgriSync book the load, collect it and record the delivery with a photo, the place and who took it in. You follow every step on the load page.
What do I need to use it?
A farm set up in AgriSync. To be the farm owner or a farm manager. Where the load is going, and when it's ready. It is free during early access.
Does AgriSync find me a haulier?
It doesn't choose one for you. Hauliers on AgriSync who cover your area get an alert, and any of them can book your load. You can also use your own haulier and share the load passport with them.
What does the O-licence check mean?
Hauliers give their operator licence number when they sign up. AgriSync checks it against DVSA's published licence data. The load page only says O-licence checked by AgriSync when it matches. Hauliers can book before the check, so ask to see their licence if it isn't checked yet.
Can I follow the lorry on a map?
No. There's no live tracking. The load page shows each step, booked, collected and delivered, with the time of each.
Is it in the phone app?
Yes. In the Android app, farmers can post loads and hauliers can book, collect and deliver them with a photo. The five-step posting is in the Android app too.
