How it works

In the web app and the Android app. Hauliers book, collect and deliver loads in either; drivers have My day in both.

  1. Sign up as a haulier

    Add your firm's name, your O-licence number and the regions you cover.

  2. Book a load

    Pick a load. See the farm's address, contact and notes.

  3. Collect and deliver

    Collected, then delivered with a photo. The farm sees it at once.

Common questions

What can I do with For hauliers in AgriSync?

See loads that farms have posted, with the haulage rate, the distance and the date. Show loads near you, return trips or your own area, and get an alert when a load is posted where you work. Book in one tap. A haulage firm can add a transport manager and drivers, give each job to a driver and lorry, and see every delivery.

What do I need to use it?

Your operator licence (O-licence) number. The regions you cover. A phone with a camera, for proof of delivery. It is free during early access.

Does it cost anything?

No. AgriSync is free during early access, for hauliers too.

What do farmers see about my drivers?

Only the driver's first name. Never their surname, phone number or lorry registration. The farm sees the name and number of the person who booked the job.

Can drivers see the job board?

No. Drivers only see the jobs given to them. Owners and transport managers book loads.

Do I see the farmer's sale price?

No. You see the haulage rate the farm offers, per tonne or for the job. The sale price is private to the farm.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in your phone's browser at app.agrisync.co.uk. The Android app also lets hauliers book, collect and deliver loads. Drivers get My day in the Android app too, and transport managers can give jobs to drivers there.
